Are you a talented and passionate Hair Hairdresser looking to be part of a dynamic hair & beauty salon with a truly friendly team and an amazing company culture? Preferably you’ll have at least 3 years of hairdressing experience (salon experience is desirable but not essential e.g. mobile hairdresser). Ideally, you’ll have some of your own clientele but you will benefit from the walk-ins being on a busy road (Filton Road) and the digital marketing advertising we’re running for the salon. We offer flexibility around the days and hours you would like to work to suit your lifestyle and we can work around your availability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality hair-cutting, colouring, and styling services to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation and adhere to all salon hygiene and safety standards
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and a professional demeanour
  • Keep up-to-date with current hair trends, techniques, and products
  • Participate in team skill shares and contribute to a positive salon culture

About you:

  • NVQ Level 2 certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in haircutting, colouring, and styling
  • A professional demeanour and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hairdressing and a commitment to ongoing learning and development

Requirements:

  • Must be trustworthy and reliable
  • Must have some of your own tools
  • Must have a professional appearance and be punctual for appointments
  • Must maintain up-to-date knowledge of salon hygiene and safety standards
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ideally, have some of your own clientele
  • You must be living in Bristol and reliably commute
  • You must be currently residing in the UK with a valid right to work
